It was decided that only full boarding passengers pay 50 kurus for the first and second transfers after the first boarding. Student, teacher and 60 age tariffs were not changed. Those in this group will not pay a transfer fee either. The new system will be implemented from September 1.

Arrangement to Muhtar İzmirim Card
The Mukhtar Izmirim Card application, which was initiated by the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality a while ago and enables the headmen to benefit from public transportation free of charge, was put to the vote again by making a regulation in the legislation upon the warning of the Court of Accounts. In accordance with the unanimous regulation, mukhtars will continue to benefit from public transportation free of charge. The cost of public transportation of mukhtars will be covered by the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality.
