Half of the 1100 Kilometer Road Targeted in Samsun is Completed

Samsun Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mustafa Demir said that 2020 kilometers of the 1100 kilometers road construction work determined for 555 has been completed.

Samsun Metropolitan Municipality is continuing at full speed, with a thousand 2020 km road construction work included in the 100 investment program. 17 kilometers of road construction works in 555 districts have been completed by the Science Affairs Department teams. Expressing that the teams work day and night to ensure comfortable and safe transportation in Samsun, Metropolitan Mayor Mustafa Demir stated that they will raise Samsun to a good level with its infrastructure, lines, lighting and quality within 3 years.

Underlining that they have split the 1100-kilometer road for this year, President Mustafa Demir said, “We always keep our goals high in road works. We have completed 555 kilometers of road so far. While doing these roads, we did not only perform the infrastructure work but poured the materials on it, we also provided expansion works on the narrow roads and we facilitated the transition of the vehicles. Reminding that they are targeting 2020 kilometers of roads in the 1100 investment program, President Demir said, “As of today, we have halved this goal,” and said: “Our teams continue their work devoted every day when the weather is favorable. With the permission of Allah, we will have reached our goal by the end of 2020. ”
