In the letter sent yesterday to the provinces on the jobs and procedures for the beginning of the 2020-2021 academic year by the Ministry of Education General Directorate of Basic Education, the procedures to be carried out for primary and secondary school students with chronic diseases were determined. Accordingly, students studying in official and private primary education institutions, whose disease is included in the list of chronic diseases in the Ministry of Health e-Pulse System, apply to school directorates with a document they will receive from the e-Pulse System or other methods determined by the Ministry of Health. will be able to continue with distance education during the epidemic

Accordingly, for the new academic year that will start on Monday, September 21, 2020, hygiene preparations will be completed in schools in line with the Improvement of Hygiene Conditions in Educational Institutions and Infection Prevention Control Guide. During enrollment by the school administrations, documents such as invoices, contracts that are not included in the legislation will not be requested from the parents, but in cases where there is a suspicion that they are not within the registration area and the obligations related to the address are not fulfilled, the necessary research should be conducted in coordination with the village or neighborhood headmen and those who act contrary to the provisions of the relevant law. related action will be taken. Considering the course starting times, the impact of the Kovid-19 epidemic, geographical conditions, climate and environmental conditions, students who are transported by transport system will not be allowed to leave before the daylight is enlightened and will be arranged by the governorships in order to benefit more from daylight. .

Donations will not be received during registration

The parents were instructed that the registration fee or donations will not be received during student enrollment due to the violation of the relevant legislation, otherwise the complaints about such practices are evaluated by the governorships and the necessary actions are taken. In addition, practices that will cause class discrimination and harm the principle of equal opportunity in education, such as school enrollment, special group classes, teacher selection, technological or physical facilities, foreign language education, will not be made in public schools.
