Sonar conducts researches on “political subscribers” every 3 months, on issues that form the political agenda, where the views of the society are determined. The findings here are also taken from this report.
This report contains the success rates of the municipalities, especially covering the services of the 'Coronary virus' period. However, it was observed that the responses included the citizens' views on the services of the Coronavirus period, as well as their general image of their mayors.
In the studies, 20 Metropolitan Mayors were questioned before their voters. District mayors in Istanbul were also questioned by their own voters.
With the rate it received, the Metropolitan Mayors that entered the top 10 and also the mayors of the top 39 in 10 districts of Istanbul were determined.
THE STRUCTURE OF THE RESEARCH
Research; In July, Turkey Statistics Institute based on data from 20 metropolitan cities and was conducted in 39 districts of Istanbul. Face-to-face and telephone (CATI) surveys were conducted with 1000 people in metropolitan cities and 600 people in districts of Istanbul.
The surveys were carried out with people belonging to different socio-economic and socio-demographic groups in the metropolitan and Istanbul districts. Different settlement geography quotas have been applied in provinces and districts. Age and gender quotas were also applied based on the data determined by TURKSTAT.
The margin of error of the study on the basis of provinces is within the security limit of 0.95% and 2.9% on the basis of districts.
