TCDD 2020/1 GCC Meeting was held

TCDD 2020/1 KIK Meeting was delayed due to Covid-19 Pandemic.

Deputy General Manager İsmail Çağlar and Heads of Departments, General Authorized Union Transport Officer-Sen Chairman Kenan Çalışkan and Deputy Heads İbrahim Uslu and Mehmet Yıldırım attended the Board of Directors of the Institution Administrative Board (JCC) meeting held at the General Directorate of TCDD. The demands of the General Authorized Union Transport Officer-Sen for Civil Servants were discussed at the meeting.

 

TCDD 2020/1 KIK MEETING REQUESTS

1- Service Manager Assistant, Protection Security Manager (Provincial), Protection Security Manager Assistant, Office Chief etc. To perform the promotion exam including the title of Engineer, Teacher, Lawyer and Technician.

2- Opening a kindergarten to benefit the children of the institution's staff.

3- Opening a wide range of electronic transfers considering the personnel transfer requests throughout the organization and closing the active personnel deficit by recruiting personnel.

4- Re-granting the right of lodging to the titles in the provincial organization, where the right of lodging has been abolished in housing allocations.

5- Providing the service buildings located empty by the Küçükçekmece lake in Istanbul to the use of staff by transforming them into a social facility.

6- Appointment of personnel working in the auxiliary services class as distributors according to their educational status.

7- Elimination of power of attorneys and elimination of power of attorneys by employing necessary personnel to workplaces with a shortage of staff.

8- Making job definitions in accordance with the expertise of the staff working in the engineering staff.

9- Mutual displacement of Supervision Mechanists working at TCDD and Train Organization Officials working at TCDD Taşımacılık AŞ.

10- Complementary health insurance for all staff.

11- To increase the morale and motivation of disabled personnel, holding seminars in TCDD Arsuz Training and Recreation Camp during the opening and closing periods of the camp.

12- Conversion of the heating system of the lodges in Kayseri Gar district to natural gas.

13- Elimination of the security gap by employing security personnel in the regions through service procurement.
