We have already reached an agreement with the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Austria, Lithuania, Serbia, Kazakhstan, Albania, Belarus (Belarus), the United Arab Emirates, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Morocco, Jordan, Sudan and Italy for the mutual opening of international flights. ” used expressions.

Minister Karaismailoğlu pointed out that all countries of the world took similar measures during the pandemic period and said, “The whole world took its own measures against Kovid-19. Noting that they are in close cooperation with the Ministries of Health, Foreign Affairs, Culture and Tourism on the resumption of international flights, Minister Karaismailoğlu said that the health of the citizens will be prioritized and the importance of the measures to be implemented is vital at this stage.

Karaismailoğlu reminded that within the framework of the epidemic, the 20-day isolation of citizens coming to the country with planned flights from abroad will be made in their own homes after the examinations at the airports, as per the decision taken by the Ministry of Health on 14 May:

“In this context, new arrivals with planned flights from abroad will be examined in the areas designated within the airport and their symptoms will be evaluated. The contact and address information of the inspectors will be recorded in the border entry section of the Public Health Management System (HSYS).

People who are suspected of symptom during their examinations at the airport will be taken to the isolation area at the airports and will be directed to the hospital determined by the Provincial Health Directorate of the relevant cities through 112.

In the evaluation made, people who do not have any symptoms can be given consent forms and they will be provided with their own means of access and 14 days of isolation in their own homes. During this period, they will be followed up by family physicians. The “Kovid-19 Patient / Contact Follow-up (Quarantine) Information and Consent Form” at home will also need to be filled.

The tests to be applied to the passengers at the airports, the procedures and processes related to the passengers with positive fare and results will be carried out in coordination with the Ministry of Health, General Directorate of Border and Beaches, General Directorate of Public Health and Provincial Health Directorates. ”
