Due to the GAZİRAY works that will strengthen the transportation network of the city by Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality, the narrowing road in Göllüce Mahallesi has been expanded and hot asphalt paving has been laid and made ready for traffic flow.
Metropolitan Municipality is continuing its infrastructure works, whose traffic has calmed down in the city center due to the new type of Corona Virus (COVID-19) epidemic. In this context, due to the GAZİRAY shift, the road narrowing in the street number 25058 in Göllüce District of Şehitkamil district was expanded by 13 meters and a 1000 meters long reconstruction road was opened, and asphalt work was completed in the region, 650 tons of asphalt was used.
Within the framework of the works completed in Göllüce Mahallesi, the highway transportation problem of the region was solved in the long term, and the traffic flow was made fast and secure. Also expanded road; It will also be of great benefit to the Karaoğlan, Güzelyurt, Girne, Umut and Koşsorut districts.
Within the framework of the new normalization process as of June 1, the Metropolitan Mayor Fatma Şahin, who continued to visit the neighborhood, was also the first stop in Göllüce Mahallesi to see the works on the spot. Şahin had learned about the asphalt work in the region and listened to the troubles of the residents.
