KIA has been selected as the highest quality automotive brand for the sixth time in a row by the US reputable quality research company JD Power. KIA, which is among the top 10 cars in the research with its four models, also ranked first in the ranking. While Cerato, Sedona, Sorento and Soul models ranked first in their segments, KIA maintained its top spot in 2020 in the JD Power USA First Quality Survey.
KIA was at the top for the sixth time in a row in the "First Quality Research" conducted by the prestigious automotive research company of the USA. Performing research in economy and premium class and general classification every year, KIA ranked first in the economy class vehicle list for the sixth time in a row.
In the annual report list of 26 vehicles in 189 segments, with 87 thousand 282 people experienced and scored, KIA proved its performance in quality again with its 4 models. KIA was the brand that faced the least quality problem in the research that the drivers experienced for 90 days and many criteria such as driving experience, engine and transmission performance were evaluated.
As a result of the research, four of the top 10 vehicles were KIA models. The small-class Soul, the Sorento in the SUV class, the Cerato in the compact class, and Sedona in the minivan class did not leave leadership in their segments.
