TransportationPark, one of the affiliates of Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, announced that Akçaray will be updated on 15 June and switch to the summer schedule. With the transition to the new normalization process and the arrival of the summer season, Akçaray flights will become more frequent, allowing passengers to have a healthy, spacious and safe journey.
274 Expeditions Daily
According to the new arrangement, passengers will see Akçaray more often. In the new normalization process, expeditions were also increased with increasing intensity. Providing service between the bus station and the Beach Road, Akçaray will perform 274 daily reciprocal weekdays, 234 reciprocal Saturday and 212 reciprocal Sunday. Akçaray, which will pass every 6 minutes during peak hours, will provide better quality service to the citizens.
WORK EVERY EVENING IN DISINFECT
At the end of the day, all trams are disinfected one by one by the transportation park cleaning teams. Disinfection is carried out every day in places such as hand grips, head restraints, seats, glass edges, windows, handle poles, etc. that are mostly contacted in trams. In addition, disinfection works are carried out at the seats at the stations and Kocaeli Kart printing points located at the station entrances.
