As a result of the evaluations made, it has been stated that the restriction for the said tradesman trades stated in the previous circular could be lifted as of May 11th, provided that the rules to be determined by considering the effects of the coronavirus epidemic were followed.
In the circular sent by the Ministry with 81, the rules determined by the relevant Ministries were also included in line with the Scientific Board recommendations regarding the markets mentioned from 11 May.

Those who do not comply with the measures will be given administrative fines pursuant to Article 282 of the General Sanitary Law. Necessary judicial proceedings will be initiated under the 195th article of the Turkish Criminal Code regarding the conduct of the crime in accordance with the relevant articles of the Law according to the condition of the violation.
