Efforts are underway to facilitate the daily lives of disabled citizens in the train station of Muratlı, Tekirdağ.
After the handicapped elevator that was previously installed in the train station, the toilet problem of disabled citizens is now being solved. The Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD), the toilet was located at Muratli Station into renovations on behalf of disabled people can use more comfortable. It was learned that the roof of the toilets as well as the interior design will be repaired and opened to the use of passengers within 1 month.
TCDD officials, who think that the disabled people who want to get on the train from Muratlı Train Station do not have a disabled platform, also gave the good news that the specialization platform will be built in addition to the repair and landscaping of the Train Station.
It has been learned that the planned works were included in the 2020 investment program.
