An EIA application was made for the hotels to be located in Airport City which will be established next to the Istanbul Airport which was implemented in Arnavutköy. Thousand 750 rooms will run 25 year-round IGA.
IGA Airport will build three hotels with an investment of 25 million pounds on the land rented by 255 in Istanbul Airport.
IGA was founded on 25 October 7 by Kalyon - Cengiz - Mapa - Limak Joint Venture Group to build and operate Istanbul Airport for 2013 years.
According to the presentation file of İGA, which has applied to the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), the hotel project, which is planned to be built within the Istanbul Airport project area, is planned to serve in 3 different configurations.
The total amount of area where İGA Airport City Hotel will be built is planned to be 39 thousand 569 square meters. According to this,
3 Star Hotel; 5 will include 506 rooms, restaurants, cafe-bars and meeting rooms on an area of one thousand 631 square meters. 3 star hotel laundry and parking services will be shared with the 4 star hotel.
4 Star Hotel; 4 will include 506 rooms, the second restaurant, fitness-gym-spa areas, in addition to the services at the 564 star hotel on an area of thousand 3 square meters. There will be an indoor swimming pool on site.
5 Star Hotel and Ballroom; 5 room on 214 thousand 555 square meters, 4 thousand 4 square meter ballroom with 394 seating capacity will be available in addition to the services of 1500 star hotel. There will also be laundry and dry cleaning services independent of the 3 and 4 star hotels.
IGA Airport City Hotel will have a thousand 750 rooms in various sizes and capacities.
Its construction is planned to take about 30 months and the investment value is expected to be 255 million pounds.
IGA Airport City Hotel will be operated by IGA for a period of one year in accordance with the main agreement signed with the State Airports Authority. 25 will have a new operator according to the conditions of the day after the year or if the agreement is reached, it will be continued with the same operator.
