According to the Presidential Appointment Decree in the current issue of the Official Gazette; TCDD General Manager and Chairman of the Board İsa Apaydın and Veysi Kurt, General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors of TCDD Taşımacılık AŞ.

TCDD General Directorate and Chairman of the Board, TCDD Deputy General Manager and Board Member Ali İhsan Uygun, TCDD Taşımacılık AŞ General Directorate and Chairman of the Board of Directors General Manager of General Directorate of Highways Kamuran Yazıcı was appointed. On the other hand, Öner Özgür was appointed as the Assistant General Manager of Turkish State Railways.

Appointed as Assistant General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors at TCDD in 2015, Uygun was acting as the General Manager of TCDD since February 19, 2019.
