DURATION AND CONTENT OF EDUCATION

Training of the mechanic profession at the General Directorate of TCDD; 18 for TCDD Vocational High School graduate is 3 year for industrial vocational high school graduates. Those who have graduated from Industrial Vocational High School and who have passed the examination of the assistant mechanic opened by the General Directorate of Turkish State Railways (TCDD) have the opportunity to become a mechanic by participating in in-service training and courses. After a period of in-service training, they receive the title of mechanic. Those who receive a diploma (Brove) as a mechanist can continue as a master engineer.

SCHOLARSHIP, CREDIT AND WAGE STATUS
