CAR TRANSITION WARRANTY
The state guaranteed a certain number of vehicles to these projects. If the vehicle passes below the guarantee limit, the government pays the difference. For example, warranty payments for the year of 2018 were made in April of 2019. On payment, 2 was based on January 2018 dollar rate.
