Konya Metropolitan Municipality has started to receive applications for tradesmen who are active in Old Industry and Karatay Industry before and after 31 December 2018 for the New Motorized Industrial Zone which will be realized with TOKI within the scope of the transportation of Old Industry and Karatay Industry.
Within the scope of the Industrial Regions Urban Transformation Project protocol of the Konya Metropolitan Municipality with TOKİ, the applications of the tradesmen have been received for the new motorized industrial area.
Konya Metropolitan Mayor Ugur Ibrahim Altay, the Minister of Environment and Urbanization Murat signed with the participation of the Old Industry and Karatay Industry transport, the establishment of a new Motorized Industrial Zone, they came to an important stage.

SHOPS WILL BE SQUARE METERS OF 100, 200, 300, 400 AND 600
Shop sizes in the new industrial area to be built by TOKI were designed as 100, 200, 300, 400 and 600 square meters. The shops will be sold by TOKI over these square meters.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment options; 1- Percent 25 in advance, the remaining price is with 24 month term, 2- Percent 10 in advance, the remaining price is with 60 month term (installments will start after turnkey), 3- Percent 10 in advance, 18. 10 interim payment per month, the remaining amount will be made with 120 month maturity (installments will start after the turnkey).
The new Motor Industry will include a small industrial area, commercial area, hotel area, official corporate area, municipal service area, education area, social facilities, sports facilities, fuel facility, health area, technical facilities and mosques.
