The Delay Reason of Ankara-Sivas YHT Project Should Be Investigated

Transportation and Railway Employees Rights Union President Abdullah Peker said in a written statement that the Ankara-Sivas YHT Project delaying the people and institutions should account, he said.

This event is one of the biggest evils in Sivas. The project, which was planned to be built in place of the existing station and which we support as a union, was suddenly taken to the university route. We have told the people of Sivas many times in written and visual media that this meaningless change will delay the Sivas-Ankara YHT project. At this point, we see that Ankara, Eskişehir YHT, which was started after us, was opened to transportation years ago.

Despite all these negative developments, I hope that a high speed train will come to Sivas in the last months of 2020 with a systematic work. I would like to urge our Minister of Transport here, please support Sivas Ankara High Speed ​​Train Project.
