A tender for the construction of hot asphalt in various neighborhoods and districts was made by the Metropolitan Municipality. 29 company participated in the tender with an approximate cost of 909 million 4 thousand TL. The companies participating in the tender and their proposals were as follows:
Nalbantoğlu Construction: 23 million 486 thousand TL
Istaş Yapı: 26 million 186 thousand TL
Aydin Construction: 29 million 881 thousand TL
Öztaşlar Construction: 32 million 584 thousand TL
