Strategy and roadmap studies were carried out to support TULOMSAS mission and vision within the Digital Transformation Office. In the short, medium and long term, three projects are planned. The current situation study, TULOMSAS digitalization status and needs analysis were conducted within the scope of the determined projects. A variety of trainings have been provided by the faculty member on current issues and industry 4,0. Concrete roadmaps for these projects were developed.

Within the scope of the projects, as well as international companies operating in the sector, stakeholder meetings were held with companies that will contribute to national and domestic solutions in the process of digital transformation. Again, it was agreed that an EU project would be implemented in cooperation with ESOGU sector.

As TÜLOMSAS, it is planned to take part in national and international projects with the aim of realizing projects completed in road map and Digital Transformation.

In the studies carried out with the digital transformation team consisting of different units within the structure of TÜLOMSAŞ, the parameters that can be measured on the locomotive and some standards are examined. After the digital transformation, it is planned that the data collected in the locomotive components will be monitored and interpreted instantly, and the accumulated knowledge will be used for shaping future applications. In addition, it is aimed to operate decision-making mechanisms based on the data collected, to interpret, report and associate decisions with each other automatically.
