In the train accident that took place on July 8, 2018 in Çorlu district of Tekirdağ, while the passenger train moving from Kapıkule to Istanbul passed through Çorlu, 5 wagons were overturned and 25 people died and 317 people were injured in the accident. Experienced in this accident 9 year old son Oguz Arda Flood and his ex-wife who lost Misra Self, the Republic of Turkey State Railways (TCDD), made from the Twitter account 'YHT Kids Club' reacted to the announcement.
