ESHOT General Directorate, which provides public transportation with wheeled wheels within the scope of İzmir Metropolitan Municipality, has been awarded with system certificates and 4 internationally approved "IQNET Certificates" as a result of TSE audits. Congratulating ESHOT management and staff, Metropolitan Mayor Aziz Kocaoğlu said that they aim to reach better with an understanding that guides the mind and science in every field.
The studies carried out by the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality ESHOT General Directorate with the goal of "Management Systems Certification" within the scope of the 2015-2019 Strategic Plan have been successfully completed. In line with the application made to the TSE İzmir Certification Directorate, field inspections were carried out at various workshops and garages by the auditors of the institution. As a result of inspections and inspections, TS EN ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System Certificate, TS EN ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System Certificate, TS 18001: 2014 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certificate, TS ISO 10002: 2015 Customer Satisfaction Management System Certificate was issued. In addition, the international quality certification organization based in Switzerland which operates in 36 countries by the competent Turkey TSE IQNET certificate ESHOT also be given to the General Directorate were approved.
