The Regulation on the Amendment of the "Railway Safety Regulation of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.
For the city rail transport operators operating with TCDD and TCDD Tasimacilik AS, the required time period for the safety authorization and safety certificates has been increased from 3 to 4 year.
REGULATION ON CHANGES IN THE RAILWAY SAFETY REGULATIONS
ARTICLE 1 - The provisional 19 of the Railway Safety Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 11 / 2015 / 29537 and in 1 has been amended as follows.
"PROVISIONAL ARTICLE 1 - (1) TCDD and TCDD Transportation Inc. City Rail Public Transport Operators, which are still in operation, are required to obtain the required safety authorization and safety certificates within four years at the latest. TCDD, TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş. and urban rail transport operators continue their operations. ve
ARTICLE 2 - This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
ARTICLE 3 - The provisions of this Regulation are executed by the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure.
