Duzce Mayor Dursun Ay and his accompanying deputy Ayşe Keşir, Düzce University, Faculty of Technology Dean. Dr. Ayhan Şamandar visited Düzce Municipality Information Technologies Manager Halit Ramazan Kubilay and the Japanese scientists together with the Deputy Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Enver İskurt. During the visit, where the High Speed Train project, which was carried out for many years to pass through Düzce, was on the agenda, information was given to Deputy Minister İskurt. İskurt, who took a close look at the details of the project and said that he believed that the Ankara - Gerede - Bolu - Düzce - Sakarya - Kocaeli - Gebze and Istanbul line would be very efficient.
