'Logo Change' Statement From Metro Istanbul

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Metro Istanbul stated that the news that “the M 'logo used to represent the metro will be changed and that millions will be spent on this change” is unfounded.

The written statement made on the official website of Metro Istanbul is as follows; The news that the "M" logo used to represent the "metro" at the rail system stations in Istanbul on some news sites will be replaced and that millions of expenditures will be made on this change is completely groundless.

The only logo change was made in 21 May 2016, due to the change in the title of ”Istanbul Transport AS ında to ında Metro Istanbul AS Tek.

The ray M ray logo that we are currently using at the entrances of our stations and on the passenger navigation signs should not be confused with the logo of alarında Metro İstanbul um, which operates the Istanbul-wide rail systems.
