The Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications made a new statement after the train accident near the Çorlu district of Tekirdağ.

Work and operations are ongoing at the accident site, and a large number of rescue / assistance vehicles, including a 125 ton capacity rescue crane, have been delivered to the accident site to lift overturned wagons.
