Paolo Astaldi, the chairman of the Italian construction company Astaldi, said that the negotiations for the sale of the 33 share they own on the third bridge in Istanbul are at an advanced stage.
Astaldi and IC Yatırım Holding's joint venture company were discussing the sale of their shares in the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge with investors, including Chinese companies.
The third bridge will be operated by the private sector until 2026.
