The purpose of the Strategy Workshop is; ARUS II. Within the scope of our UR-GE project, the evaluation of the Needs Analysis process including the participant firms, the most accurate use of the Needs Analysis results in favor of our participating companies and the aim of increasing the export capacities of our participating companies is to determine the strategic road map.
As a result of Turkey's Rail Systems Strategy Workshop will be presented including the need to Rail System in giving final shape to the Ministry of Economy Needs Analysis Report.
The Needs Analysis Report will be sent to the members after approval by the Ministry of Economy.
