Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Public Relations Department organized a White Excursion to enable Vocational High School students to get acquainted with Metropolitan investments and projects.
Within the scope of the visit organized by IMM Directorate of Public Relations, Vocational and Technical High School students had the opportunity to see the Metropolitan investments and to examine the big projects closely.
In the first phase, technical and technical visits were attended by students from vocational and technical high schools in Güngören, Ataşehir and Bağcılar. Students in the technical section of Mecidiyeköy - Mahmutbey Metro, Istanbul People's Bread Factories, ISKI Wastewater Treatment Plants, ISTAC Solid Waste Collection Center was visited. Private presentations were made by the project experts about the investments and the questions they asked were answered.
The students visited the Miniaturk Park Area and the Panorama 1453 History Museum in the cultural section of the trip. Students who are satisfied with the given proper attention because of its strategic importance as the Metropolitan future of vocational and technical education in Turkey prior art after an unforgettable day with the comprehensive cultural trip.
With the White Gezi Organization, it was aimed that the students of Vocational High School who are expected to undertake important tasks for the future projects and investments of IMM, will have a sense of urbanism. The activities of IMM, which also supported the education of young people, were welcomed with the aim of contributing to their professional development.
After the intense excursion, the students were sent off with gifts prepared specifically for them. The technical and technical high schools of 3 are planned to cover all vocational and technical high schools in Istanbul.
