Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, Directorate of Public Transport, 31 December 2017 Sunday, 1 January 2018 Monday night connecting the tram and bus for the new year has added additional service.
TRAMVAY NIGHT WILL WORK FOR A YEAR AFTER 12
Metropolitan Municipality, the new year's night public transport will be used by the citizens to use the bus as well as the tram line will serve the people of Kocaeli. Within this scope, the Akçaray tram line, which serves up to 00.00 at night, will serve from 00.00 to 03.00 on New Year's Eve.
THE NUMBER OF SEPARATIONS IN THE GEBZE REGION
In the New Year's Eve, citizens of Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova and Dilovası will have additional bus services to travel comfortably. In this context, additional routes from 480 to 500 will take place on the routes 550 (Özgünkent - Emlak Konut), Hat 22.00 (Hereke - Duduyev Park) and Hat 05.00 (Özgünkent - Duduyev Park).
PROVISIONAL LINES FOR YEARS WILL WORK
The Metropolitan Municipality will run additional bus routes on the tram line and some existing bus lines, as well as temporary bus lines that are special to the New Year's Eve. Within this scope, bus services from 23.30 to 05.45 will take place between Izmit Beach and Umuttepe. In addition, between the Gulf and Izmit districts 01.45 to 05.00 bus services will be done.
