Minister of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications Ahmet Arslan met with Qatar Prime Minister Abdullah Al Sani.
Minister Arslan held a closed-door meeting with Al Sani at the Prime Ministry building in the capital, Doha.
During the meeting, it was learned that political and economic relations between the two countries and civil aviation and communication issues were discussed.
It was stated that the demand for the necessary steps to be taken to sign the Free Trade Agreement, which will carry the economic relations to the next level, was brought to the agenda, and the Turkish companies operating in Qatar were welcomed.
In the meeting, which emphasized the importance of civil aviation activities due to the political crisis in the Gulf and the need to offer alternative corridors to the sector, the positive development of Doha-Adana passenger flights between Doha and Adana, which will be launched three times a week, by Qatar Airways on November 6. was recorded.
