The workshop started today in Sivas Thermal Hotel with the opening speeches of Sivas Governor Davut Gül, TCDD Deputy General Manager Murat Kavak, Ministry of Development Program Monitoring and Evaluation and SEE Department Head Mehmed Akif Köseoğlu and TÜDEMSAŞ General Manager Yıldıray Koçarslan.
