The award-winning motivation from the park to the drivers: Kocaeli Büyükşehir Belediyesi TransportationPark Inc. is implementing various applications for better access to citizens. Bus drivers are rewarded as one of the works aimed at passenger satisfaction. To ensure the motivation of the drivers, TransportationPark Inc. chooses the staff of the month every month. The drivers who perform well will be rewarded by selecting the driver personnel of the month.

Transportation As of April, asyon Selecting the Driver Personnel of the Month görev was started to increase the morale and motivation of the driver personnel working in the park, rewarding successful personnel, and identifying driver personnel who exhibited exemplary attitudes and behavior. The drivers of the month are selected by evaluating elements such as comfortable vehicle use, thanks from passengers, e-mails, personal care and passenger relations.
6 DRIVER AWARD
In April, Gebze and the Gulf Garage, 6 driver personnel were presented with plaques and awards by General Manager of TransportationPark Yasin Özlü. Mr. Özlü thanked the driver personnel for his exemplary actions and wished him continued success. The award-winning drivers are: Gebze; , Gulf; Yasin Sahin, Hakan Borekci and Bulent Korkmaz.
