The tender process of the logistics center has been going on for 4 - 4,5 months. Now this week we will make the final decision and determine the contractor and hopefully we will hit the dig in March, even if there is no objection. This is a complementary project of Baku-Tbilisi-Kars. and we are coming to Kars step by step, being aware of the importance of the high speed train that has been developing in our country in recent years, to our Kars. Another supplement to this, Iğdır, we are continuing to work on, knowing the importance of a second railway project that will go to Nakhchivan, Iran, Pakistan or even India.
