ARTICLE 1 - (1) The purpose of this Regulation is to regulate the procedures and principles related to the determination and determination of the discipline supervisors of the personnel working in the headquarters of TCDD Transportation Corporation and the personnel working in the offices and the service directorates.
Scope
ARTICLE 2 - (1) This Regulation is subject to the provisions of subparagraphs (b) and (c) of the 22 Article 1 of 1990 / 399 / 3 dated XNUMX / XNUMX and XNUMX / XNUMX at the headquarters of TCDD Transportation INC. apply to the civil servants and contracted personnel.

Definitions
ARTICLE 4 - (1) In this Regulation;
a) Discipline Supervisor: Discipline and Supreme Disciplinary Supervisors whose titles are mentioned in the tables attached to this Regulation,
b) Central organization: TCDD Taşımacılık A.Ş. The central organization of the General Directorate,
c) Establishments directly connected to the Center: YHT Operations Directorate, Marmaray Operation Directorate, Ankara Railway Factory, Eskişehir Education Center Directorate, Adapazarı, Ankara, Eskişehir, Sivas
d) Personnel: Personnel subject to (I) numbered personnel specified in subparagraph (b) of clause 399 of the Decree Law no. 3 and contracted personnel subject to the (II) numbered clause in paragraph (c),
d) Service departments: The service directorates directly connected to the central organization and the service directorates directly connected to the Operation Directorates,
e) Turkish State Railways Transport Joint Stock Company: Republic of Turkey General Directorate of State Railways Transport Joint Stock Company,
f) Personnel subject to table (I): Personnel specified in subparagraph (b) of Article 399 of the Decree Law no. 3,
g) Personnel subject to Table (II): 399 refers to the contracted personnel specified in subparagraph (c) of Article 3 of the Decree-Law.
Disciplinary supervisors
ARTICLE 5 - (1) Disciplinary and senior disciplinary supervisors of the personnel of the central organization of TCDD Taşımacılık Anonim Şirketi and the personnel working in the offices and the service directorates directly attached to the headquarters are shown in the annexes Annex-1 and Annex-2.
Legislation to be applied in terms of principles and procedures related to discipline
ARTICLE 6 - (1) In cases not stipulated in this Regulation, the provisions of the Law on Civil Servants numbered 657, Decree Law No 399 and Disciplinary Committees and Regulation on Disciplinary Supervisors shall apply.
Force
ARTICLE 7 - (1) This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of its publication.
