IZBAN is safer with X-Ray devices: A new era has begun in the security of IZBAN, which is used by tens of thousands of citizens every day in Izmir. İZBAN management places X-Ray devices in the entrance turnstiles of 38 stations against increasing terrorist incidents. The first device was put in Şirinyer. Citizens will then take the x-ray and get on İZBAN trains.
İZBAN Management took a new decision because of the inadequate searches of the handlers in the turnstiles. X içinRay devices in many places such as public institutions, shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, terminals have begun to be placed in the entrance turnstations in order to prevent the security weakness in the stations.
IZBAN General Manager Sebahattin Eris, 111 kilometer railway line IZBAN's 38 stop in all of the devices will be put in a short time by expressing the security measures for a long time we were planning to work in İZBAN stations. We have given our orders for all stations. In a short period of time, all stations will put X ınRay devices.
