Passengers using Marmaray searched for their tops and bags after passing through X Ray devices at the entrance of the station.
Identity check, top and bag searches were also made in the public order applications at the pier and metrobus-metro transfer center. In the practice in Uzunçayır, drugs were found on a suspicious person. The person was detained by police teams.
The application was welcomed by the citizens. The citizen named Aydın Ateş stated that the public order application is very good and said, “It is a very good thing in terms of security. We want the practice to continue. ” said. Kemal Kolaçoğlu said, “We find it perfect in terms of our passengers, our hometown, the general situation in bus stations.” used the expression.

According to the information received from the Istanbul Police Department, as a result of the GBT studies conducted in the first 2016 months of 8, 7 million 600 thousand people were questioned. As a result of the interrogation, 41 thousand 420 people were arrested, 29 thousand 99 people were detained, 9 thousand 774 people were arrested by the judicial authorities.
Also made operations and calls, 3 bin 111 unlicensed weapon, 971 dry firearms, 795 bingo, gambling machine and 493 weight drugs were seized.
