- The tenders for the connection roads of the bridge will be made tomorrow: the tenders planned for the Kurtköy-Akyazı and Kınalı-Odayeri sections from the connected roads of Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge will be held tomorrow.
Tender will be held tomorrow for the Kurtköy-Akyazı and Kınalı-Odayeri sections of the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge within the scope of the Northern Marmara Motorway Project. The connection roads of Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge, which is expected to be put into service on August 26, are expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
The tender, which was announced to be held on 6 March 2015 for the connection roads of the bridge, was postponed to 6 May 2015. Then, at the request of the companies, it was decided to tender Kurtköy-Akyazı and Kınalı-Odayeri sections on separate dates.
The date determined as 30 June 2015 for the tender for the Kurtköy-Akyazı section of the Northern Marmara Motorway Project with the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model was later postponed to 31 August 2015 and then to 1 March 2016. The date of the tender for the Kınalı-Odayeri section of the project, announced as July 7, 2015, was first changed to September 7, 2015 and then to March 8, 2016.
It is stated that the auctions in question will be held on May 4.
Following the tenders, construction costs of the connection roads of Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge will belong to the companies that will undertake the work.
