Button pressed for Ayaş Tunnel

The button was pressed for the Ayaş Tunnel: The mayors of the 4 districts of Ankara, Ayaş, Güdül, Beypazarı and Nallıhan, took action for the Ayaş Tunnel, the construction of which was started in the 70s and could not be completed.

For the Ayaş Tunnel, the foundation of which was laid in 1976 and completed to date, 4 mayors of Ankara were rolled up. Informing the ministry officials that the tunnel should be completed, Ayaş sent their requests regarding the tunnel they signed under the mayors of Güdül, Beypazarı and Nallıhan to the Ministry of Development and the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications.

REQUESTS TO REQUEST
In the text of the request sent to the ministry by the presidents, “It is known that this region, which includes the counties of Ayaş, Güdül, Beypazarı and Nallıhan and is located on the Historical Silk Road, is developing both in terms of health and industry. Considering that the population structure, developing industry and the number of visitors to the region are increasing, it is a fact that transportation will only cause road problems on the road and over a single line. In addition, when the idea of shifting the compacted city potential on this line with wider lands will be taken into consideration, it is important to reconsider and open this railway line, which has been completed in terms of state investments, and opened for transportation ”.

WE WILL BE
Expressing that suburban expeditions are of vital importance for the developing districts, Güdül Mayor Havva Yıldırım said, “The completion of the Ayaş Tunnel and the suburban train going through it is very important for us. There is currently a serious geothermal structuring work in our southern region. Construction of 5 geothermal plants continues. These are very big projects, 5 thousand people are expected to come to Güdül 30 days later when these facilities are completed. ”

OUR AGENDA WITH NUMBER OF 1
Stating that everyone in the district of Ayaş waits for the day when the tunnel is completed and the suburban train passes, Ayaş Mayor Bülent Taşan said, “Due to the location of our district, its historical and local texture, it is necessary to carry out passenger and cargo transportation due to the fact that there are thermal facilities and circuit properties, and our agricultural and animal husbandry activities are high. has become a need, "he said. Underlining that it will be a very beneficial job to complete and put the idle tunnel into service, Beypazarı Mayor Tuncer Kaplan said, “The Ayaş Tunnel will add us more value in agriculture, trade, tourism and education in the region. Hopefully, we believe that the value of our region will increase more and more. Ayaş, Güdül, Beypazarı and Nallıhan districts are the future of Ankara. The fact that a project that has been idle since the 70s will become operational is a huge gain. Our Minister of Transport also looks positively. ”

FINISHED TO ÇAYIRHAN
Stating that the part of the project up to Çayırhan has been completed in terms of infrastructure, Nallıhan Mayor İsmail Öntaş said, “This is a place on the Silk Road. This project, which was carried out years ago, is idle and its infrastructure is completed until Çayırhan. The use of this project up to Çayırhan in urban transportation would be beneficial for the region. Development is proportional to accessibility. As Nallıhan, no matter how much we invest, it is not possible to attract people to the place where there is no transportation. While there is already such a project and a certain stage has been recorded, our wish is to complete the project. ”

600 MILLION TL WOMEN
Since 1970, approximately 600 million TL has been spent for the Ayaş Tunnel project, which was brought to the fore by SABAH Ankara. It is stated that while a large part of the tunnel, which is currently idle, has been completed, approximately 2 kilometers of unfinished parts remain.
