Herbs in the railway lines will be sprayed: Edirne, Istanbul and Tekirdag province within the boundaries of the railway lines were reported to be medicated.
In the statement made by the General Directorate of State Railways, it was stated that the spraying in three provinces will take place on May 10-29.
Emphasizing that the pest is dangerous for human and animal health and citizens should be careful, the following were recorded:
“Spraying will be carried out within the scope of weed control at lines and stations within the borders of the railway lines within the borders of Edirne, Istanbul and Tekirdağ. Since the drugs used in the struggle have impressive properties for human and animal health, it is strongly announced that citizens should be careful, do not graze their animals in the specified places and do not harvest grass on the railway route and 10 meters near the field until 10 days after the spraying date. The spraying program is in Muratlı / Tekirdağ and Kapıkule / Edirne line section and station area between May 10-29, and on the railway lines between Haydarpaşa Train Station and Istanbul Sirkeci Train Station and Yedikule stations between May 11-15.
