No Airport, No Railways, Uncertain

There is no Airport in the Plan, while the Railway is Uncertain: DOKAP announced the 2014-2018 Action Plan by Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu in Ordu.

The Eastern Black Sea Project (DOKAP), 2014-2018 Period Action Plan, covering the years of 2014-2018, which is expected to be approved for a long time, was approved by the High Council of Regional Development.

The Action Plan was announced by Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu on Saturday in 14.02.2015 in Ordu.

The DOKAP 2014 -2018 Period Action Plan does not include any subject related to Köse Salyazı Airport, while the issue of the railway route through which Gümüşhaneliler struggles for a long time passes through Gümüşhane is not explicitly included in the action plan.

Until today, when the Prime Minister of our President Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who has always been called the "Trabzon - Tirebolu - Gümüşhane - Erzincan Railway project" or "Trabzon - Gümüşhane - Erzincan railway project", was the prime minister in Giresun on December 22, 2013. In his speech at his ceremony: “Our works on our Trabzon, Tirebolu, Gümüşhane, Erzincan railway project are also continuing. With this railway, railway contact will be established between Giresun and the Eastern Anatolia Region. ” Despite his statement; In the DOKAP 2014-2018 Action Plan, the absence of Gümüşhane's name in the “Trabzon - Erzincan railway” line confused them.

The subject of the railway is 2014 of the 2018-83 action plan. Located on the page. As it can be seen from the examination, the name of the line is mentioned as “Trabzon-Erzincan Railway Gümüş and it is not mentioned in the Gümüşhane Hat group. In addition,, Artvin, Giresun and Trabzon olarak are shown as the working place. As it can be seen, Gümüşhane is not located anywhere in this railway line.

This uncertainty about railway raises the following questions:

Why hasn't Gümüşhane mentioned in the 1-Trabzon-Erzincan Railway line so far, is included in this action plan?

What does Artvin have to do with the 2-Trabzon-Erzincan railway line?

While 3-Artvin, Giresun, Trabzon were counted, Rize, Bayburt, Gümüşhane and Tirebolu were not mentioned.

These questions show that there is a great uncertainty on the “Trabzon-Erzincan” railway line.

Since this plan has been put into practice, the Gumushane residents have to put the Gumushane line into their studies with a very well organized and effective work. Otherwise the train would really run away.
