AK Party Samsun Deputy Cemal Yılmaz Demir evaluated the inclusion of the High Speed ​​Train Project, which has been feasibility studies for years, to the 62nd Government Program. Demir stated that the high-speed train will improve the city and add value, and also referred to the opposition.

Deputy Demir evaluated Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu's inclusion of the Samsun High Speed ​​Train Project in the 62nd Government Program. Stating that the High Speed ​​Train Project has been on the agenda for years, Demir said, “The AK Party continues to work towards 2023 targets. programs to cover the 100th anniversary of the foundation of our Republic of Turkey is a country that makes its own aircraft, economy, education, infrastructure, we put the goals into many areas such as social security agenda. Pointing out that within the scope of the 2023 targets, there is a project that is longingly awaited in Samsun, too, Deputy Demir said, “The feasibility of the work that will reduce the 70-kilometer railway between Samsun and Ankara to 400 kilometers has been done and prepared. In order to accelerate the project, we visited the deputies of the provinces where the route passed and Binali Yıldırım, the Minister of Transport at the time, and conveyed the importance of the issue. He also promised us that the necessary action would be taken to take the project early. One of the 2023 important projects to be completed by 100 is the Samsun-Ankara railway line. Our Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu included this in the 62nd Government Program. High-speed trains, highways and double roads save the country's economy a lot. "The realization of the high-speed train project means that Samsun gains value and its development will accelerate even more."
