The construction of the Mihralibey bridge at the city center entrance was completed and opened to traffic. In addition to the bridge, the construction of a culvert will be completed by the end of the year. We have learned that the ongoing quality road and asphalting works are very pleasing to both the drivers and the people of Kars ”.
