In the event program prepared by Ihsan Memiş, Head of the General Center of the Traffic and Road Safety Research Association, and Oktay Kırlangıç, Kırıkkale Provincial Representative, miniature driving practices on the car track, films and a slide and animation show were presented. Oktay Kırlangıç said, "The basis of this project is that if it is taken into consideration that the total average of those who are exposed to traffic accidents and lost their lives in the 0-14 age group in our country each year cost 3 thousand lives, the importance of this project will be understood better," said Oktay Kırlangıç.
