Expropriation Plan Production for Various Road Routes within the 15 Regional Directorate of Highways Applicants with sufficient experience are invited to apply for prequalification to submit a tender. In accordance with the provisions of 4734 of the Law No. 5 with the participation of the bidders who will be invited to submit the tender by being listed shortly according to the criteria specified in the prequalification specification, among the ones determined as a result of the prequalification assessment shall be tendered by a tender procedure between certain bidders.
