Highways 3 closed the year before for expropriation

Highways closed the road that it opened for service 3 years ago because it did not expropriate: The side connection road of the Samsun - Ankara road, which was opened 3 years ago in Havza district of Samsun; It was closed after the warning letter sent by the Havza Land Registry Cadastre Directorate to the 7th Regional Directorate of Highways on the grounds that the road was made without expropriation. While the road was surrounded by a barbed wire by the land owner, the Teams of the 7th Regional Directorate of Highways pulled an iron pile and removed the direction signs to close the transportation. The closure of the road, which has an important function in the transition from Samsun Ankara Highway to the Watershed Industry, was met with surprise in the district. A “private property” sign was hung on the road for the citizens to be informed.
'KÖSEOĞLU'S LAWYER HAS INVOLVED WITHOUT EXPROPRIATION'
Alperen Carus, the lawyer of Recep Köseoğlu, who closed the road, pointed out that his 93-square meter area belonging to his client had been traveled by the Highways without expropriation, and said, “Today, we have measured with the Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre. Tomorrow we will be given official documents. This is private property. A work contrary to the right to property in Article 35 of the Constitution. Because of this, our client's rights have been violated, and we believe that there is an infringement of rape in the article 154 of the Turkish Penal Code. We will carry out the necessary legal procedures in accordance with the instructions of our client. Our aim is not to prevent public service here, but it is the duty of the state to achieve a balance between the public interest and the private owner. We are of the opinion that the state neglects the highways related to this business. As before, we started to do all necessary legal work in line with my client's instructions from today.
