“We do not think there will be a major disruption in art structures. Of course, in the winter period, the construction sites stop in the next two weeks in the cut and fill works. Because soil is a delicate structure. This is not efficient in weather conditions during the winter months. There is approximately 64 million cubic meters of earth movement in the project, 37 million cubic meters of this will be used on the trunk of the road, and the remaining part will be poured into the mines and forest areas where new afforestation will be made. As of now, 7,5 million cubic meters of land movement has occurred. If we can bring this closer to 10 million cubic meters by the end of the year, we will achieve our goal.
