If the companies want to establish a railway infrastructure, the necessary immovable properties will be collected from the relevant company and expropriated by the state. In favor of the company, 49 will be used free of charge in the year. Except for forests, those used in the functions and activities of TCDD from the immovable properties in the state will be transferred to TCDD together with the structures and facilities on it after they are registered in the name of the Treasury. The immovables that are allocated to the Ministry of National Defense and the Turkish Armed Forces are in the inventory. All debts of TCDD will be transferred to the Treasury and liquidated in order to make new investments and to receive international debts.
