After Ankara-Konya, high-speed train (YHT) services start between Eskişehir and Konya. Eskişehir-Konya YHT line will be put into operation by Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan with a ceremony to be held in Eskişehir on Saturday, March 23rd.

As in Ankara-Eskişehir and Ankara-Konya lines, there will be a combined bus transportation with YHT between Bursa and Konya. Thus, the travel time between Konya and Bursa, which is 8 hours by bus, will drop to 4 hours.
