Railvet Project final meeting and seminar, carried out with the support of the European Union (EU), will be held tomorrow, hosted by TCDD General Directorate.
According to the written statement made by the General Directorate of TCDD, with the support of the EU, the Ministry of National Education (MEB), TCDD, Hak-İş Confederation and the International Railway Union (UIC) and the university providing education in the field of rail system technologies in Italy, Slovakia and Czech Republic, The seminar and final meeting of the "Railvet Project" carried out in cooperation with community organizations will be held tomorrow.
It was stated that the Railvet Project, which enables the revision of the framework training programs for European railway traffic professions for the first time, is seen as an important step for sustainable operation among countries, and it was noted that the project outputs will be recommended to all member countries by the International Railway Association.
Within the scope of the Railvet Project, which is realized with a total of 462 thousand Euros grant support from the EU, the training programs in the field of rail systems will be adapted to the European Vocational and Technical Education Credit System.
The project, which will increase the quality of the labor force in the field of rail systems, aims to harmonize and improve the training of rail systems in EU and UIC member countries.
Trainers in the field of rail systems will have the competence and certificate of duty not only in their own country, but also in all countries where the standard and compliance are achieved.
