4.1. Terms and conditions for participating in the tender:

4.2.2-Tenderers shall submit ISO 9001 Quality Management System certificate.
The tenderers who will submit the first 4.2.3 item of the unit price quotation sheet shall submit the TS EN 14-15085 CL 2 Certificate.
4.3- Works to be accepted as similar work in this tender:
4.3.1- For the companies that offer the first 14 item of the unit price quotation sheet, Welded Steel Construction Works, Steel Press Works or Sheet Metal Thermal Cutting (Oxy Acetylene, Plasma, etc.) Works for the firms offering bidding and upper closing plates Machining Works for the issuing firms will be considered as similar work.
5. The most economically advantageous tender will be determined on the basis of price.
6. The tender is open to all domestic and foreign bidders and a 15% price advantage will be applied in favor of the bidders who offer the goods and items that are accepted as domestic goods within the framework of the principles determined by the Public Procurement Authority.
7. Display and purchase of the tender document
7.1. The tender document can be seen at the address of the administration and can be purchased at the same address for 50 Turkish Lira.
7.2. Those who are required to submit bids to purchase the tender document.
8. Bids can be delivered by hand to Tudemsas General Directorate SIVAS until the date and time of the tender and can be sent to the same address by registered mail.
9. The tenderers shall submit their bids on the bid unit prices for the item items. As a result of the tender, the unit price contract shall be signed over the total price calculated as a result of the product price of the tenderer and the unit price. In this tender, partial bid may be given.
10. Tenderers shall submit a bid bond of the amount determined by the tenderers, but not less than% 3.

13. These materials will be delivered as specified in the requirement list following the contract.
